AI card scanner

They hand you paper. You keep the contact.

Photograph any paper business card and Card1's AI reads the name, job title, company, phone, email and website — straight into your leads, one tap from your phone's contacts. No typing. No shoebox of cards.

Three taps, done

Snap

Open the scanner in your dashboard and photograph the card — straight on, any decent light. On a phone it opens your camera directly.

Check

The AI reads the details in a few seconds and shows them in an editable form. Fix anything it misread — usually nothing.

Keep

Saved as a lead against your card, in your CRM with everything else — and one more tap downloads it to your phone contacts as a vCard.

Built for real-world cards

Reads like a person

Powered by proper vision AI, so ornate fonts, dark backgrounds and busy layouts still read correctly — not just flatbed-perfect scans.

Never invents details

If a field isn't on the card, it's left blank for you to fill — the scanner won't guess a phone number that isn't there.

Into your CRM, not a silo

Scans join your captured leads: statuses, notes, CSV export, vCard downloads. One place for everyone you meet.

Private by design

The photo is processed to extract the details, not stored. Your contacts belong to you — export them anytime.

Scan it in the room

On a phone the scanner opens your camera straight away, so cards get captured while you're still at the event — not in a shoebox on your desk three weeks later.

Nothing to install

It lives in your dashboard and runs in the browser on any phone. No app, no desktop scanner, no separate subscription to another tool.

Questions, answered

How accurate is the scanner?
It handles the awkward stuff — ornate fonts, dark backgrounds, busy layouts — and shows you what it read before anything is saved, so you stay in control.
Where do scanned contacts end up?
In your leads list, right beside the people who tapped your card. One tap saves them to your phone contacts, and CSV export is there whenever you want it.
How many cards can I scan?
One hundred a month, which comfortably covers a heavy events season. The counter resets on the 1st.
Do I have to scan cards the moment I get them?
No. Photograph the card whenever suits and run the scan when you're ready — the pile from a conference can be cleared on the train home.
Is the scanned data private?
Yes. Scans belong to your account alone, they're not shared or sold, and you can delete any contact at any time.

Never type a paper card again

The scanner is included with Card1 membership.
