All seat prices are per person, per month, plus sales tax where it applies — the price you see is the price you pay. The engraved cards are optional and bought once; if someone leaves you re-point their card to their replacement rather than buying another.

Is the free card really free forever?
Yes. No card details are taken, ever. Your page, your permanent link, your QR code, two links and your first five saved contacts keep working for as long as you want them. We make money when you choose Pro or buy a metal card — not by switching your card off.
What happens if I stop paying for Pro?
Your card keeps working. The page, the QR and lead capture stay live; the Pro extras pause rather than being deleted, and everything comes straight back if you return. If you had your own name link, we hold it for 90 days before it goes back into the pool — your permanent card1.net/c/ link never changes and never breaks.
Does buying the metal card include Pro?
No. They're separate purchases. The metal card is a one-off piece of hardware that taps to the page you already have; Pro is the software subscription. Buying a card doesn't change your plan, and cancelling Pro doesn't stop the card working.
Can I pay in my own currency?
Yes — pounds, dollars, dirhams and Australian dollars. Use the currency switcher in the menu and every price on the site, and at the checkout, follows it.
How does the 14-day Pro trial work?
Every new account starts with 14 days of Pro, everything switched on. We take no card details and there's nothing to cancel — when it ends you simply drop to the free card and carry on.
Can I change or cancel a team myself?
Yes. Add or remove seats and cancel from the Groups page — it's self-serve, and the invoice adjusts. Over 99 people, talk to us and we'll quote it.
